Overview

The Apparel Catalog is for fashion planning. A season (for example Spring/Summer) contains collections, and each collection contains the styles you plan to design or source, with their target price and cost.

Guidelines

  1. Work top-down

Create the season first, then its collections, then the styles. Each level is picked from a list when you create the next one.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open the Apparel Catalog

Go to Catalog → Apparel Catalog. The page has forms for a new season, collection and style.

  2. Step 2: Add a season

In New Season, enter the Code, Name, Type and the Start and End date, then click Add Season.

  3. Step 3: Add a collection

In New Collection, choose the Season, enter the Code, Name and Launch date, then click Add Collection.

  4. Step 4: Add a style

In New Style, enter the Style code and Style name, choose the Season, Collection, Category and Department, add the Target MRP, Target cost and Sourcing, then click Add Style.
