Overview

The Dashboard is the first page after sign-in. It greets you, shows your organization and role, and gives a snapshot of the numbers that matter for your role. The cards link to the full module, so you can click any number to see the detail.

Guidelines

  1. The view depends on your role

Owners, admins and chain operations see the whole organization; store managers see their store; warehouse staff see stock; cashiers and POS operators see today's sales.

  2. Fixed time windows

Figures cover fixed periods (the last 30 days, the last 7 days, or today). For other date ranges use KPI or Reports.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Read the welcome banner

Check the greeting, your organization name and your role. If the organization is wrong, switch it in the header.

  2. Step 2: Organization-wide view (Owner, Admin, Chain Operations)

Four cards: Net Sales (30 days) with bills and average order value, Inventory Value with SKUs below threshold, Cash Pending Review, and Security Alerts. Below them, Site Performance — last 30 days compares sites, followed by Low Stock Alert and Recent Orders.

  3. Step 3: Store view (Store Manager)

Shows your store and the last 30 days: Net Sales (30d), Bills Paid (30d), Cash Pending and Low Stock Items, a 7-Day Sales Trend chart, plus Low Stock Alert and Recent Orders.

  4. Step 4: Warehouse view (Warehouse Manager or Operator)

Shows Inventory Value, Low Stock Items with the threshold, Total On Hand units, and the Low Stock Alert list.

  5. Step 5: Cashier, POS operator and auditor view

Shows Today's Sales and Recent Transactions (the last 10), plus Recent Orders.

  6. Step 6: Drill down

Click a card to open its module — for example Net Sales opens KPI, Inventory Value opens Inventory, Cash Pending Review opens Cash Management, Security Alerts opens Security. Use View all on a panel to see the full list.

Terms

AOV

Key points

  • The Dashboard is always visible, whatever your role.

  • Empty panels mean there is nothing to act on — for example All items above threshold.

Notes

Cancelled (void) orders are shown as Cancelled; sales without a customer are shown as Walk-in.

FAQs

Can I change the date range on the Dashboard?

No. The Dashboard uses fixed periods. Use KPI or Reports for other ranges.
