Using the Help Center

Find guides, watch training videos, search, ask the assistant and track your progress.

Overview

This Help Center has a guide for each part of Upflow Sprint, most with a training video and its transcript. Some guides are open to everyone; detailed training is for signed-in customers, using the same email and password as the ERP.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Browse by module

    Pick a module on the home page or in the left menu. Each module lists its guides; use the role chips to show only guides for your role.

  2. Step 2: Search

    Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows), or click the search box, and type at least two letters. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result.

  3. Step 3: Sign in for full training

    Guides marked Sign in to view are for customers. Click Sign in and use your Upflow Sprint ERP email and password.

  4. Step 4: Watch the video and read the steps

    Click the video to play it. Below it are the steps, key terms, notes, warnings and FAQs. Open Transcript to read or search everything said in the video.

  5. Step 5: Ask the manual

    When signed in, click Ask and type a question. Answers come only from published guides and include numbered links to the exact step they used. Use the thumbs to tell us if an answer helped.

  6. Step 6: Test yourself and track progress

    Click Quiz me at the end of a guide for five quick questions, and use Mark step complete to track your progress. Your progress appears on the home page.

Videos are hosted on MEGA. If one doesn't load, use Open in MEGA under the player.
