Overview

Upflow Sprint Business Suite is one platform for running a retail or apparel business end to end: product catalog, buying and procurement, warehouses and stores, inventory and transfers, point of sale, finance, and analytics. Everything lives under your organization, which owns one or more sites (warehouses and stores).

Guidelines

  1. One login, your organizations

You sign in once. If you belong to more than one organization, switch between them with the organization switcher at the top of the screen.

  2. You only see what your role allows

Menus you can't use are hidden, and some screens open in view-only mode. If you need more access, ask your Organization Owner or Organization Admin.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Sign in

Open the ERP and sign in with the email and password from your invitation. See Signing in and finding your way around.

  2. Step 2: Check your organization

Confirm the organization shown in the header switcher is the one you want to work in.

  3. Step 3: Learn the Dashboard

After sign-in you land on the Dashboard, a snapshot of sales, stock, cash and security for your role. See Dashboard overview.

  4. Step 4: New organization? Follow the setup checklist

If you are setting up a new business, follow First-time setup checklist — organization, sites, locations, bins, users, then catalog.

  5. Step 5: Open the guide for your module

Each sidebar section (Procurement, Inventory, Smart Warehouse and so on) has its own guides and training videos in this Help Center.

Terms

Organization

Your company in Upflow Sprint. All data — sites, products, stock, users — belongs to an organization.

Site

A physical warehouse or store that belongs to your organization.

Location

A zone inside a site, such as a Sales Floor, Backroom or Receiving Area.

Bin

A storage position inside a location where stock is kept (pick, overflow, quarantine, returns…).

SKU

A sellable item variant (for example a style in one size and colour).

Key points

  • Dashboard, Organizations, Sites, Locations and Bins sit at the top of the sidebar; operational modules follow.

  • Menus you don't have access to are hidden, and some modules appear only when your organization has them turned on.

Notes

Some modules (for example Production, B2B Sales, Forecasting or Finance) depend on your organization's business model and enabled modules, so you may not see all of them.

FAQs

Can I sign up on my own?

No. Self sign-up is disabled. Ask your Platform Admin, Organization Owner or Organization Admin to send you an invitation email.

I can't see a module my colleague can see. Why?

Access is role-based, and some modules are switched on per organization. Ask your Organization Admin to check your role or the organization's modules.
