Overview
Access to Upflow Sprint is by invitation. This guide covers activating your account from the invitation email, signing in, resetting your password, and the main parts of the screen: the sidebar on the left and the header at the top.
Steps
Step 1: Activate your account from the invitation
Open the invitation email and follow the link. On Set your password, enter a New Password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm Password, then click Set Password & Continue. You are taken to the Dashboard.
If the page says Link invalid, use Request new link or ask your administrator to resend the invite.
Step 2: Sign in
On the ERP Access page enter your Email Address and Password and click Sign in to Dashboard. You land on the Dashboard.
Step 3: Reset a forgotten password
Click Forgot your password?, enter your Email Address and click Send Reset Link. Check your inbox and follow the link to set a new password.
Step 4: Choose your organization
If you belong to several organizations, use the organization switcher in the header. Your choice is remembered on this browser the next time you sign in.
Step 5: Use the sidebar
The sidebar lists every module you can use, starting with Dashboard, Organizations, Sites, Locations and Bins. A section's sub-pages appear when you open that section. Use Collapse at the bottom to shrink the sidebar to icons.
Step 6: Get help and manage your profile
In the header, the ? icon (Help and training) opens this Help Center. Your name opens My Profile, and the exit icon signs you out.
Terms
- View-only access
You can open a section but not change anything in it. A banner reads View-only access to {Section}.
Key points
Invitation links expire — request a new one if yours no longer works.
Signing out returns you to the sign-in page.
Notes
If a section shows You do not have access to {Section}, ask your organisation administrator. Retry permissions reloads your access after it has been changed.
Warnings
Never share your password. Each person should have their own invitation so actions are recorded against the right user.
